Jean will be remembered for her warm, generous, and nurturing spirit. She
was particularly fond of spoiling children and the elderly. She volunteered
at the Mruk Center on Aging and the Baxter County Regional Hospital in
Mountain Home, AR, where she and her husband, Dan, had a vacation home.

Jean is survived by her husband of 34 years, Daniel C. Chalk, and by her
siblings, Mary Noreen French and William J. Selvo (Connie). She also leaves
behind 3 step-children, Margaret Mary Banks, Daniel C. Chalk, Jr., and
Cheryl Jean Knapp, as well as four step-grandchildren, four adoring nephews,
and a great-nephew.

The family will receive friends at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 in
the sanctuary of St. Ann Catholic Church in Bartlett prior to the funeral mass at
